Woodloch Pines Resort Celebrates 56 Years of Outstanding Staff and Service

 

Happy Anniversary Woodloch. 56 Years!

 

 
As part of our anniversary celebration, this year we have chosen to salute the Woodloch kitchens. We have four chefs who are celebrating over 100 years of dedicated service to our kitchens. These four chefs continue to make sure all of Woodloch’s foods remain scrumptious, tasty, and eye appealing!  The four chefs are:

 

Brian Crandall – 34 years Main Kitchen Executive Chef
John Taninas – 32 years Main Kitchen Head Chef
Dan Corcoran – 27 years Inn Head Chef
Dave Nordenhold – 30 years Dessert Chef
 
These four chefs have been creative, dedicated, and relentless on keeping Woodloch current in the ever changing food industry!

    A few years ago my son had a broken jaw and it was wired shut. The Amazing cooking staff made sure our son TJ had plenty of chicken rice soup to eat and when we needed to blend up his food they did an amazing job and tasting it 1st before bringing it out and recomended a few different foods to try and blend as well. As always the staff showed how much they care about each and eveyone of us. Thanks and we hope to back up there again soon.

    My family and I have enjoyed many years of great food at Woodloch. Our favorites are the cheese sauce, prime rib or beef tenderloin and pork tenderloin. Then there are Swedish pancakes, home fries, crumbcakes and chocolatepeanut butter pie. We go home and continue to talk about (and dream about) your great food until our next visit.! Thank you for adding so much to our great times.
